1.5/1C-HH High Head Slurry Pump were designed to produce high heads per stage at high pressures, commonly used for long distance transport lines, the 1.5x1 HH pump can often satisfy application duties with a single pump where others require multiple pumps, which is widely used to transport corrosive and abrasive and high concentration slurries in mining, sand, lead and various other industries including electric utilities, copper, oil shale, agriculture, etc. 1.5/1C-HH slurry pumps are equivalent to world's standard HH series slurry pumps.

Design Features:

√ 4x3DD-AHR slurry pump with polyurethane lining with excellent hydrolysis resistance, oil, acid and alkali, corrosion resistance. It can be used in any mineral processing, transportation environment, etc.
√ Polyurethane pumps have the advantages of high conveying efficiency, because the surface is smooth, no burrs, non-stick materials, low friction coefficient, and the material running resistance is small.
√ Slurry pump polyurethane liners sets of special production process makes the polyurethane is directly cast with a steel skeleton, polyurethane adhesive layer and steel skeleton bonding firmly, not degumming, continuous layer.
√ Polyurethane lined pump has excellent resilience and impact resistance, which can effectively reduce the impact of the conveying medium on the pump.

√ The wear resistance of polyurethane slurry pump is generally more than 3-5 times that of rubber slurry pump parts and metal slurry pump parts, and the life of polyurethane slurry pump parts is longer, thereby replacing low frequency and high efficiency.

It applys to various pumping conditions, PTFE and Graphite materials of Packing can be used in high corrosive slurries or high temperature conditions.Using ceramic shaft sleeve, For high abrasion conditions, The ceramic shaft sleeve is available.

• Expeller Seal is an impeller force of reversed centrifugal force, preventing slurry leakage. Slurry pump expeller seal can be used on the single-stage pump when the positive pressure of pump inlet is no more than 10% of pump outlet pressure or on the first-stage pump in the pump series.
• Mechanical Seal is advanced sealing technique without sealing leakage, The advantages are integrating construction, convenient installation & replacement, The design of mechanical seal and seal box is suitable for liquid flow condition, So it has high abrasion and vibration resistance, pump mechanical seal can be used in various severe conditions.
